Black cumin seed oil comes originally from Egypt and is rich in saturated fatty acids and linoleic acid. It is considered to be a cure-all and should help particularly well against nasty pimples. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and also regulates the sebum production of the skin. So the skin becomes less greasy and therefore also fewer pickles are created. In addition, the oil smoothes the skin and optimally moisturizes it. Skin deficiencies thus heal much faster and leave no acne scars.
If your dermatologist prescribes antibiotics against a pimple, then you may prefer to use Black cumin seed oil. It is a natural product and has the same positive properties as antibiotics. However, in contrast, it is, of course, much healthier.
Black cumin oil can be used against pimples both internally and externally.
❍ Internal Application: If you want to take the Black cumin seed oil, you can take capsules or the pure oil from the bottle. It is preferable to eat about a tablespoon of oil per day. You can take it either pure or diluted with water.
❍ External Application: Black cumin oil can be applied directly to the skin. Simply spread some oil on the hands and rub the face before sleeping. So the oil can work beautifully overnight. After only a few weeks the results of the treatment will be clearly visible.
You can also make a facial mask from oil and clay.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Black Cumin oil
- 2 tablespoons Clay
- 2 tablespoons of water
Apply to the face for about 20 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
