Accumulation of dead skin cells, extensive sun exposure, and hormonal imbalance can result in darkening of the skin in the elbows and knees. 1. Cucumber

- Peel and grate a potato.
- Squeeze the juice and apply on the affected area.
- Leave for 15 minutes and wash using lukewarm water.
- Dry and apply a humidifier.
- Also, you can rub slice potatoes in the elbows and knees for 10-15 minutes and wash with water.
5. Turmeric

8. Sugar and Olive oil
The home exfoliant, made from sugar and olive oil, nourishes, hydrates and removes dead skin cells.
Method Of Use:-
- Combine equal amounts of sugar and olive oil.
- Apply on the elbows and knees with light and circular movements for 5 minutes and wash off.
- Repeat once a week.
This scrub can be used to clean the face. Just make sure you do not rub too hard, as this may have a negative effect on your skin.
9. Oat Nuts
