Flatulence is basically a mixture of intestinal gases caused by food; the air swallowed during eating and the yeasts or bacteria that are produced by fermentation in the colon.

Ginger : Its root is used to treat all kinds of digestive and intestinal problems. To avoid excessive production of gases it is advised to chew a small slice of ginger after meals. A tea from this root also controls flatulence well.You can also take ginger tea instead of normal tea.
Mustard : mustard seeds reduces the production of intestinal gas. Add them to your meals or consume them throughout the day.
Cinnamon : reduces the formation of gas and inflammation in the stomach. It also brings a vibrant flavor to the infusions and desserts. You can consume a mixture of cinnamon and milk (as long as it does not cause intolerance ).
Caraway Seeds: consuming tea from these seeds regularly stimulates the production of gastric juices and reduces flatulence.
Aloe Vera : if you suffer from abdominal pain in addition to gas, it is advisable to drink aloe juice, dilute it with warm water.
Apple Cider Vinegar: it is used to treat indigestion and fight gas. Apple Cider Vinegar can soothe stomach pain and offer immediate relief.
Garlic: it is an antiseptic and can help us with the gases since it stimulates the gastric juices that digest the food. The garlic soup is perfect in these cases, as well as adding this rich ingredient to many of your dishes.
