Those who are addicted to romance, using basic human needs, such as love and sex to feel better about themselves and get high, may not even know it. After all, society sells love and sex as necessary and demanding sacrifice. Becoming addicted to something can have serious consequences for one’s life, and love, sex and romance are no exception. Fortunately, there is a helping hand for those who determine that they are addicted to love. Instructions

1.Those love addicts feel like they literally can not live life without romance. Any romanticism. If you look at your past and current relationships and realize that there is a sense of despair during your participation, you most likely need to work on your self-esteem and realize that it is good to be without dating for a while.

2. Being addicted to love is not funny. It may seem exciting and romantic, but many people who suffer have committed suicide, vandalism, stalkings, rape and even murder in the name of love. If you have ever thought about ending your life or committing a crime related to a lost love or sexual relationship, then you are most likely to need treatment. There are also telephone meetings. You do not have to identify yourself as an addict to attend meetings. They are open to anyone who thinks they may have a problem.

4. An important sign of being addicted to love is constantly thinking of romance, in search of love or sexual encounters, and feeling you must have a love life to have any kind of life at all.
