Hair loses its natural moisture due to reasons such as excessive sun, excess heat and/or the use of chemicals in the wrong way. The dryness of the hair causes it to be damaged more easily.
As the hair loses its moisture and dries, it loses its vitality and its appearance becomes more damaged and erased. In addition, dry hair is more vulnerable to damage as it becomes less elastic and smooth and therefore can become matted and break more easily.
In the case of having dry and damaged hair, instead of spending huge amounts of money on medicines and other hair repairing products, we can make a short visit to the kitchen, where we will find natural and extremely effective solutions to improve the condition and health of the our hair.Lets see some of the natural remedies for hair damage.
1. Massage With Oil
Heat a little oil (eg, olive oil, or coconut oil) and rub the scalp gently. We can add a few drops of castor oil or a teaspoon of almond oil to provide more nutrients to our scalp.
Spread the oil with the help of the shower and let stand for a few hours (we can also do it before bed letting it take effect at night). Clean your hair with a mild cleanser the next morning.
The vinegar regulates the pH of our hair, in addition to cleaning it of possible contaminations. It also serves to eliminate dandruff which makes our hair look drier and asleep than it really is.
Mix a little vinegar with two glasses of water and two drops of bone oil, and wipe the hair every day with the mixture. Rinse hair well after washing with vinegar.
Cover all hair (root-to-tip) with mayonnaise and cover hair with a shower cap or plastic bag for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, wipe the hair with a shampoo or mild cleansing gel.
4. Shea Butter
Heat a little shea butter and rub it against the scalp and hair. Let it rest for 10 minutes before rinsing with water. The shea butter conditions the hair and gives it a solid shine.
Beat two eggs and apply the mixture to the scalp and hair, making sure not to leave any areas free. Let it rest for a while massaging (10-15 minutes) and rinse with a decent cleanser.
To improve the result, we can add to the mixture of the two eggs a tablespoon of olive oil and vinegar. Rinse after 15 minutes. Eggs strengthen hair and provide shine.
6. Natural Fruits
Let ripen an avocado or banana and once ripe, crush the meat to make a kind of paste and apply it over the hair. Rinse the mixture with warm water an hour later.
