
1. Mint Tea with Honey
Mint tea with honey cleanses and cleanses the throat against discomfort and discomfort.

4. Ginger Tea
Another great home remedy for a sore throat is to take ginger tea or use a ginger spray that is sold in pharmacies because it is a great bactericide that can also be used in case of a sore throat.
Ingredients:
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 cup water
Method of Preparation
Put the ingredients in a saucepan and boil for a few minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes, properly covered, strain and drink the following. Take this tea 3 times a day.
5. Green Tea
The green tea is a medicinal tea with anti-inflammatory properties very effective to relieve the discomfort and irritation in the throat.
Ingredients:
- 30g of weeding leaves
- 1 liter of water
- 10 drops of propolis
Method of Preparation:
To prepare the tea boil the water, add the leaves of stocking and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Expect to soften, strain and add the 10 drops of propolis and gargle 3 to 5 times a day with this tea.
6. Eucalyptus Steam
Eucalyptus oil helps clear the throat by relieving pain and discomfort. It has a soothing effect on the throat that lasts for few hours giving relief.

- 10 drops of eucalyptus
- 1 liter of water
Method of preparation:
Boil the water and then add the eucalyptus leaves. Let cool slightly and inhale the steam that comes out of this tea at least 2 times a day lasting 15 minutes.
7. Grapefruit Juice
Another good home remedy for this condition is to take grapefruit juice as it is rich in vitamin C and acts as an anti-inflammatory, thus decreasing the symptoms of colds and flu.
Drink grapefruit juice at least three times a day.
