  • Adults (18-64 years): at least 150 ‘per week of moderate activity or 75’ of vigorous activity, with strengthening exercises of the major muscle groups to be performed at least twice a week;
  • Elderly (from 65 years onwards): The indications are the same as adults, with the advisability of carrying out equilibrium-oriented activities as well.

So let’s describe what the simple physical activities that can help to improve our health and well-being.

1. Prefer Walking / Bicycle

The usefulness and the benefits are evident; if daily is able to satisfy the necessary “dose” of movement. It will surely also gain the quality of our cities. So for nearby places prefer walking or bicycle .

2.Park Vehicle Far

If you are using public transport, get off at a first stop and finish the walk. If, however, you often use your car, choose to park a bit further away than the final destination.
