1. Drink a glass of water upon awakening

This is one of the best habits you can have daily. Drinking water in the mornings will help us to hydrate better, accelerate our digestive system & metabolism and helps in morning bowel movement. Drink a glass of water on an empty stomach.

2. Strech Your Body

Start stretching each morning before getting out of bed and you’ll soon see the difference. Take a deep breath, sit on the bed and yawn. Breathe slowly but deeply, feel every corner of your body and oxygenate it.


3. Do Physical Activity

It is true that there are many people who think that exercise is somewhat exhausting, but the truth is that it is a necessity and the most advisable to exercise in the morning.
